How to train at home without tools

It is not therefore necessary to go to the gym to train and define the muscles; we can easily do our exercises at home, without spending money on machines or tools

We all like sports; we like to feel good and see ourselves in great shape, but we don't always have the time and the money to go to the gym. Does that mean we have to give up a healthy and sporty lifestyle? Absolutely not. For this reason we propose a series of useful exercises for training at home, without resorting to tools.

In this article we will go into detail on how to train at home , in a simple, convenient and economical way.

Train at home without tools

It is true that in the gym we can find specific machines and tools, which allow us to train different areas of the body quickly, but when we cannot go to the gym, for whatever reason, training at home can become a great idea.

There are many exercises you can do to focus on a specific muscle groupand train only the parts of the body that interest us or those that we believe need it most. Here are some ideas for the different exercises you can do at home.

Squat

We already know that thighs and buttocks are among the most difficult areas to tone up, since it is the largest muscle group in our body. As we always say in these cases: difficult? Yes, but not impossible!
So what do you need to perform squats ? Nothing,  apart from a little will power. If you also live in a building and want to exercise your buttocks, you can go up and down the stairs until your body gets tired.

abdominal

If you don't have time to go to the gym, but are not willing to give up a screaming body in the summer, a series of abdominal exercises , to  be done at home for 10 minutes a day, can lead to incredible results  and less time than you imagine.

Do four sets of 20 for the low zone and the same for the high zone. You will see how in a few weeks the much desired chocolate bar shape will start to appear on the abdomen.

Jumps

Do you have an empty square meter at home? Well, then jump! jump is one of the most effective exercises for burning calories, as well as helping us improve joints (as long as they are already in good condition). Not to mention the force required by the jump, which is excellent for toning the muscles.

Lunges

The lunges, front and rear, are perfect for training the thighs and buttocks area. They don't need much space to run; you can do them anywhere, even walking.

Weights

Don't you have dumbbells at home? It does not matter! You can take a bottle of water, so much better if empty, to fill it with sand or earth . This way you can train your biceps , your triceps and that area under your armpits, which inevitably falls with the years.

Pilates

And why not watch videos on YouTube, maybe those where they teach pilates exercises? You need nothing more than a space to lie down and 10 minutes a day.
Contrary to what many think, the Pilates is a comprehensive method that does work the hidden inner muscles and thus strengthens and tones even the external ones, so as to achieve more lasting results.

Raise

With a chair you can do a lot of exercises,  such as leg lifts, to work your abs. Place a chair on the wall, sit on the edge and hold the sides with your hands; then start raising and contracting your legs until you reach your belly.

Repeat the exercise every day, performing only 3 sets of 10/15 repetitions each , you will appreciate the first and impressive results in no time.

Who said you can't train without going to the gym? You will see that with a little strength of will and imagination, good results can be achieved. Come on, get to work and you will get a fabulous body on the beach.
